The design is based on a 30-pixel grid according to which type and graphics can be positioned. There is also a margin of 60 px (pink).
The grid can be created as follows in Adobe® After Effects:
Edit -> Defaults -> Grid and guidelines -> Grid line every 60 pixels, subdivision: 2
